Job Title: Software Engineer
Role Summary:
Drive end-to-end software development across the full stack, collaborating closely with executive leadership to shape product strategy, technology direction, and company culture. Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast‑paced environment and rapidly acquire domain expertise in supply chain technology.
Expectations:
- Operate with full ownership from concept to production, producing work that reflects a strong sense of pride.
- Adapt swiftly to new tools, frameworks, and industry knowledge, demonstrating initiative and deep technical curiosity.
- Build and maintain domain competency in logistics-supply chain operations while contributing to strategic technology decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy front‑end, back‑end, and database components for integrated software products.
- Participate in architectural discussions and influence product roadmap in coordination with the CEO and CTO.
- Mentor and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment on technical quality and delivery timelines.
- Conduct rapid prototyping and proof‑of‑concepts for emerging technologies applicable to the supply‑chain domain.
- Continuously improve development practices, code quality, and deployment pipelines.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, or Java).
- Experience with front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and responsive design.
- Strong back‑end development skills, including RESTful API design, microservices, and relational/NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and communication abilities.
- Aptitude for rapid learning and mentoring.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Certified Scrum Developer) are a plus.
