About the Company

Chord AI is the data platform and commerce copilot that makes data instantaneous, accurate, and actionable.

Commerce teams today are under pressure to grow faster, spend smarter, and make AI work for them. The problem? Most stacks aren’t built for it. Data is siloed, pipelines are brittle, reporting is slow, and layering AI on top only leads to guesses, not growth.

Chord AI changes that.

We combine the foundation of a modern data platform with the intelligence of a copilot, all purpose-built for commerce—so every answer, recommendation, and action is grounded in truth, not hallucinations.

With Chord AI, brands can:

→ Unify and govern their data across channels, customers, orders, and campaigns.
→ Eliminate tool sprawl by replacing CDPs, BI, analytics, and orchestration with one platform.
→ Trust their insights thanks to explainable outputs and full transparency into the data and logic behind every recommendation.
→ Move faster with plain-language queries, predictive segments, real-time activation, and campaigns launched 2x quicker.
→ Lower costs through consolidation—saving up to 30% on martech and reducing manual reporting by 50%.

Trusted by leading commerce brands like Sonos, Ruggable, and Sakara, Chord AI is built by operators who have scaled DTC and omnichannel businesses from the inside.

We meet teams where they are—whether they’re stuck in manual reporting cycles, buried under vendor contracts, or evaluating CDPs and analytics tools—and help them evolve into unified, AI-powered operators with clarity, speed, and confidence.

One platform. No duct tape. No hallucinations. Just AI that actually works.
