Job Description
**Job Title:** Performance & Data Analyst (Real Estate) – Internship **Role Summary:** Support the real‑estate fund’s performance management by consolidating and analyzing operational and financial KPIs, building automated dashboards, and driving digitalization of reporting tools. Act as a liaison between controlling, asset management, commercial, and finance teams to enable data‑driven strategic and operational decisions. **Expectations:** - Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. - High level of autonomy, rigor, and result‑orientation. - Proactive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. - Curiosity for digital tools and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Consolidate, validate, and analyze KPI’s (e.g., occupancy, cash‑flow, CAPEX, marketing). - Design and maintain dynamic, automated dashboards for senior management and operational teams. - Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to support strategic decisions (budget, reforecast, investment appraisal). - Identify, implement, and enhance BI and reporting solutions (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). - Lead the evolution of existing tools (e.g., CRM, reporting platforms) to improve data quality and speed. - Develop simulation and forecasting models for budgets, business plans, and investment projects. - Coordinate cross‑functional projects involving asset management, commercial, and finance departments; track project roadmaps and deliverables. - Provide analytical support to asset managers and commercial teams during key planning cycles (BP, budget, reforecast, CAPEX monitoring). - Produce clear, business‑focused decision‑support documents and propose process optimizations. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience with BI tools (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau) and data visualization. - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) – a plus. - Financial modeling and project‑management capabilities. - Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. - Initiative, curiosity, and a keen interest in digital innovation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Enrolled in a Master’s program (Bac +4/5) in Business, Engineering, Finance, Management Control, Real Estate, or related field. - No specific certifications required; relevant coursework in finance, data analysis, or real estate is preferred.
