Job Description: Job title: SAP Ariba Product Sourcing / S/4HANA Direct Procurement Consultant Role Summary: Senior consultant who leads requirement gathering workshops and capability demonstrations for SAP Ariba Product Sourcing integrated with S/4HANA Direct Procurement, driving stakeholder alignment and project momentum using SAP Activate methodology. Expactations: - 8+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP Ariba and S/4HANA Direct Procurement (MM). - Minimum 2 full‑cycle S/4HANA implementations or major rollouts. - Proven expertise in direct material sourcing, RFQ configuration, and BOM‑driven procurement. - Experience in manufacturing or automotive (OEM/Tier‑1/Tier‑2) environments. - Strong stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, and decision‑making leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Lead requirement gathering workshops and capability demo sessions with business stakeholders. - Design, configure, and implement sourcing processes for direct materials and BOM-driven components. - Manage RFQ events, including price breakdown structures, cost‑driver analysis, and scenario‑based awarding logic. - Support New Product Development (NPD) and forward sourcing initiatives. - Enable early supplier involvement and value‑engineering collaboration. - Design and configure template‑based procurement project structures. - Facilitate centralized contract management and backend distribution. - Conduct solution design workshops following SAP Activate methodology. - Engage senior stakeholders to drive decision‑making discussions. Required Skills: - SAP Ariba Product Sourcing configuration and administration. - S/4HANA Direct Procurement (MM) configuration and process design. - SAP Activate methodology and project delivery. - RFQ, pricing, cost‑analysis, and awarding logic configuration. - Direct materials and BOM sourcing expertise. - Stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, and decision‑making leadership. - Knowledge of manufacturing/automotive domain processes. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field. - SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Ariba Product Sourcing. - SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA Procurement & Sourcing (preferred).
