Job Title: Business Development Manager Benelux Role Summary: Lead commercial growth in the Benelux region by developing and managing city, regional, and B2B partnerships. Own the full sales cycle, negotiate and finalize contracts, execute Go‑to‑Market strategies, and secure tenders and complex projects to meet growth targets. Expectations: - Drive market expansion and deepen strategic relationships across the Benelux. - Translate GTM plans into measurable results and achieve quarterly/annual targets. - Deliver winning proposals for tenders and large-scale projects. - Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and conferences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify, qualify, and convert B2B leads into partnership agreements. 2. Develop, coordinate, and execute the Go‑to‑Market strategy for the Benelux market. 3. Own the full sales cycle: proposal development, negotiations, and contract finalization with key stakeholders. 4. Manage tenders and complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 5. Organize and lead events, meetings, and workshops to advance partnership agendas. 6. Conduct client visits, face‑to‑face meetings, and participate in international conferences. 7. Upsell existing partners and explore advertising revenue opportunities. 8. Collaborate closely with the Benelux Managing Director and Account Manager to align strategies. Required Skills: - 3+ years of Business Development or B2B Sales experience, ideally with public authorities and large corporates. - Strong negotiation and contract‑closing abilities. - Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder collaboration skills. - Structured, organized, and commercially driven mindset. - Proficiency in Dutch (native) and English; global perspective. - Experience working in scale‑up or dynamic business environments. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (preferred). - Relevant sales or business development certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
