Job Description: Job Title Junior/Medior Product Owner Role Summary Bridges client requirements with development and testing teams in a digital product environment. Manages project cost, quotes, backlog, and sprint activities while serving as a liaison between stakeholders, developers, designers, and testers. Supports company co‑founders on product and operations tasks and contributes to decision‑making processes. Expectations - French and English fluency (written and spoken) – mandatory. - Entrepreneurial, self‑driven mindset with strong organizational and communication skills. - Detail‑oriented, autonomous, and customer‑focused problem solver. - Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Confluence. - Previous exposure to product management, business analysis or IT consulting is desirable. Key Responsibilities - Own end‑to‑end project management: cost estimation, quote preparation, backlog maintenance, and coordination of designers, developers, and testers. - Translate customer needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items. - Ensure alignment of solutions with customer expectations; act as primary contact for clients, developers, and internal stakeholders. - Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; update backlog prioritization. - Perform manual testing, document defects, and report bugs to appropriate teams. - Provide direct support to co‑founders on product and operational matters. Required Skills - Fluent in French and English (verbal and written). - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Strong organizational and time‑management skills. - Proficient in structured, detail‑oriented work. - Basic Agile/Scrum knowledge; practical use of Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or equivalent tools preferred. - Customer‑centric mindset with analytical problem‑solving capabilities. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Scrum or Product Owner certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
