Job Description: Job title: ERP Business Analyst Role Summary Act as the primary functional liaison for ERP activities across sales, logistics, finance, and other business units during SAP ECC to Odoo migration and post‑go‑live operations. Drive process documentation, requirements translation, and user training while ensuring alignment with Odoo best practices and vendor deliverables. Expectations * Lead the early scoping and implementation phases for the new ERP system. * Maintain day‑to‑day operational health of the ERP, including configuration, workflow creation, and issue resolution. * Communicate technical solutions to business stakeholders and translate business needs into functional specifications. * Collaborate closely with the Business Applications Manager and external Odoo integrator to ensure quality delivery. * Champion continuous improvement by challenging current processes and proposing ERP‑enabled efficiencies. Key Responsibilities * Document current (as‑is) and target (to‑be) business processes. * Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications. * Produce and maintain functional documentation, test scenarios, and user training materials. * Review and challenge integrator deliverables and escalated issues. * Liaise with integrator on complex requests and track delivery status. * Report incidents and bugs to integrator, following up on resolution. * Execute UAT (user acceptance testing). * Configure ERP elements and design no‑code workflows as needed. * Conduct training for key users, new hires, and feature updates. * Provide second‑level functional support to internal users. * Propose proactive process improvements leveraging Odoo standards. Required Skills * 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or IT project manager, preferably in ERP projects. * Strong analytical and documentation skills. * Excellent communication in French and English. * Proficient in Excel; comfortable explaining technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. * Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and organized. * Background in enterprise processes: sales, purchasing, inventory, and finance. Required Education & Certifications * Master’s degree (Bachelor acceptable with equivalent experience). * Certifications in ERP or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are advantageous but not mandatory. * Experience with Odoo and in a mid‑market or SME environment is a plus.
