Job title: Sales Marketing Executive Role Summary: Drive the acquisition pipeline by generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads, managing CRM data, and supporting the sales cycle for real‑estate investment opportunities. Expectations: - Bilingual in French and Dutch. - Proven experience in sales, marketing, or investment roles, preferably in real estate, banking, or asset management. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify new business leads, creating a robust commercial pipeline. - Track and prioritize acquisition opportunities; schedule and coordinate meetings for the acquisition team. - Maintain accurate, strategic use of CRM to reflect pipeline status and performance metrics. - Prepare and pre‑analyze investment files, conducting detailed research. - Facilitate fast, efficient transaction processes with rigorous administrative support through closing. - Develop marketing campaigns and commercial materials that support growth initiatives. - Organize and participate in events and targeted networking activities to enhance business development and brand visibility. Required Skills: - Strong organizational and follow‑up capabilities. - Advanced proficiency in CRM tools and ability to derive actionable insights from data. - Autonomous, structured, and results‑oriented working style. - Excellent written and verbal communication in French and Dutch.
