Job Description
**Job Title:** Bilingual Sales & Accounts Coordinator **Role Summary:** Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales, finance, and operations for a B2B firm. Manage end‑to‑end order processing, billing, and returns while ensuring accurate accounts receivable support and smooth sales‑team onboarding. **Expectations:** - Operate in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment. - Demonstrate independence in handling complex customer issues. - Maintain meticulous order‑to‑cash records and support month‑end reconciliation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee end‑to‑end order support and customer onboarding. - Manage billing, payments, credits, refunds, chargebacks, and RMA/return processes. - Handle daily customer communications via email and phone. - Coordinate product launches, demos, loaner equipment, and capital orders. - Support sales rep onboarding/offboarding and territory transitions. - Perform month‑end AR reconciliations and audit preparation. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues promptly. - Maintain active participation with Amazon Vendor Central. **Required Skills:** - 4+ years in B2B customer support, sales operations, or accounts coordination. - Strong order‑to‑cash and AR experience. - Proficiency with Sage ERP (preferred) and multiple payment platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French. - Ability to handle complex customer situations independently. - Proactive, self‑starter with exceptional time and priority management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - No specific certifications required.
