**Job Title**: Managed IT Services Sales Manager **Role Summary**: Lead a national managed‑IT services sales team, driving revenue growth through proactive prospecting, pipeline development, and executive client engagement. Ensure predictable sales performance, accurate CRM data, and smooth handoffs to delivery while maintaining customer success and expansion. **Expectations**: - Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Maintain rigorous deal governance, pricing approvals, and contract risk management. - Coach and develop sales staff to meet KPIs. - Collaborate with technical architects and professional services to design scalable solutions. - Provide market intelligence to refine offerings, pricing, and messaging. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage a national team of Managed IT sales representatives. - Drive pipeline generation for medium‑to‑enterprise customers. - Engage C‑level stakeholders to diagnose IT needs and recommend solutions. - Review, approve, and tailor proposals, RFPs, and presentations. - Coordinate cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities with broader sales organization. - Liaise with solutions architects, professional services, and delivery teams. - Monitor market and competitor activity; relay feedback to product, marketing, and enablement. - Own CRM discipline: maintain accurate records, forecasts, and opportunity hygiene. - Establish and track team KPIs (quota attainment, pipeline coverage, win rate, deal size, sales cycle). - Lead deal governance: manage pricing approvals, contract review, and risk escalation. - Promote customer success: ensure smooth onboarding, SLA adherence, and account expansion. **Required Skills**: - Minimum 8 years in IT Services/solutions sales. - Minimum 3 years sales management experience. - Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, network infrastructure, software workflow solutions, and cloud computing. - Advanced project, process, and time‑management skills. - Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Salesforce, S21DS, sales logs, and core billing packages. - Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Basic Excel data manipulation; PowerPoint or Google Docs for presentations. - Ability to speak French is a plus in some territories. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). - Certifications such as Salesforce Certified, PMP, CISSP, or other relevant IT/Sales credentials are advantageous.
