Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Solutions Engineer **Role Summary:** Seasoned technical professional who partners with sales teams to drive technical validation, design scalable machine‑identity solutions, and support pre‑sales activities. Acts as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering presentations, workshops, and product demos while providing feedback to product and engineering groups. **Expectations:** - Consult with clients to assess and translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions. - Accelerate deal closure through technical validation and effective communication with sales executives. - Maintain up‑to‑date expertise on machine‑identity, digital certificate management, ServiceNow, and Venafi/CyberArk platforms. - Contribute to product improvements by delivering field feedback. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with Sales Executives throughout the enterprise sales cycle to drive technical validation and accelerate closures. - Deliver high‑impact technical presentations, executive briefings, architecture workshops, and product demonstrations. - Design and propose scalable, secure solutions based on complex customer requirements. - Respond to RFP/RFI technical queries and participate in security reviews. - Provide actionable field feedback to Product and Engineering teams. **Required Skills:** - Proven consulting, presales, and sales enablement experience. - Deep knowledge of machine identity and digital certificate lifecycle management. - Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and collaborative abilities. - Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow and Venafi (or CyberArk) platforms preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive‑level audiences. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow System Administrator, Venafi Trust Protection Platform, or CyberArk certifications) are advantageous but not mandatory.
