**Job title:** IT Business Manager **Role Summary:** Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities, including placement of IT consultants and delivery of custom web/mobile development projects. **Expectations:** - Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified business opportunities. - Deliver profitable engagements, meeting sales targets and partner with delivery teams to transition projects smoothly. - Identify and respond to market dynamics, client needs, and emerging technologies to tailor solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Commercial development** - Prospect, qualify, and close new client engagements for talent placement and development projects. - Create customized proposals and negotiate commercial terms. - Maintain and deepen long‑term client relationships. 2. **IT talent consulting** - Source, screen, and select IT consultants. - Match consultants to client projects, manage onboarding, performance, and retention. - Build and maintain a high‑quality talent pipeline. 3. **Digital project management** - Identify web and mobile development opportunities. - Collaborate with technical teams to define scope and requirements. - Transition proposals to delivery teams, ensuring alignment and smooth hand‑off. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in IT staffing, consulting, or related sales roles. - Strong business development and client‑management capabilities. - Talent acquisition and placement expertise. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and accountable. - Multilingual: fluent French, Dutch, and English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. - Professional sales or IT‑consulting certifications (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar) preferred but not mandatory.
