Job Description: **Job Title** Director of Software Development **Role Summary** Lead software development strategy, real-time 3D technologies, and machine learning (ML) initiatives. Build and scale engineering teams to deliver high-impact, scalable platforms and immersive solutions. Act as a technical leader across ML, cloud infrastructure, and production systems. **Expectations** - Define and execute a technical roadmap for real-time 3D, generative ML, and software platform development. - Deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business goals. - Oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring technical excellence and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and implement scalable software systems for real-time 3D environments and ML-driven applications. - Spearhead ML innovation (e.g., Gaussian Splatting, generative 3D) in production workflows. - Lead engineering leadership, team recruitment, and team performance development. - Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD practices, and security protocols. - Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (ML, generative AI, rendering optimization). - Manage project execution across platforms (Unreal Engine 5, WebRTC, React/JavaScript ecosystems). - Communicate technical strategy and risks to senior stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Python, WebRTC, Unreal Engine, Pixel Streaming. - Deep expertise in ML frameworks (e.g., generative models, computer vision). - Proven leadership in managing and scaling engineering teams (minimum 3+ years). - Cloud infrastructure and DevOps (CI/CD pipeline automation). - Hands-on experience with real-time 3D rendering and simulation technologies. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 8 years total software development experience.
