Job Title: Business Development Manager – SaaS/Influencer Marketing Role Summary Drive new business acquisition for a SaaS platform connecting hospitality brands with local content creators. Own the 360° sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing, and act as a trusted advisor to customers while collaborating with cross‑functional teams on product adoption and roadmap insights. Expectations - Exceed quarterly revenue targets consistently. - Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline of qualified leads. - Demonstrate clear ROI for clients through data‑driven conversations and tailored demos. Key Responsibilities - Prospect and qualify new opportunities via outbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn, events). - Lead full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → demo → proposal → close. - Log and track all activity in HubSpot, ensuring accurate pipeline stages and forecast data. - Deliver customized product demos and proposals aligned with client business goals. - Collaborate with Marketing to refine ICP, segmentation, and lead quality. - Partner with Product and Customer Success to onboard new clients and capture post‑sales insights. - Produce weekly sales updates, forecasts, and performance reports for leadership. - Apply a structured, repeatable sales methodology (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or equivalent). Required Skills - Strong outbound sales and pipeline management capabilities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. - Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions. - Self‑motivated, organized, and resilient in a fast‑paced environment. - Passion for hospitality sector and technology-driven marketing. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). - Sales qualification (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar) preferred. ---
