Job Description
Job Title: Help Desk Associate Role Summary: Provide first‑line technical support via phone, email, and onsite visits. Resolve Level 1–2 issues, manage ticket queues, and coordinate with vendors and teammates for escalations. Expectations: - Serve as the primary IT contact for all users. - Resolve or appropriately forward all Level 1‑2 requests. - Uphold IT policies and procedures. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and rapid ticket closure. Key Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls and tickets swiftly, diagnosing and fixing hardware, software, and network problems. - Perform onsite troubleshooting at clinic locations as needed. - Configure, install, optimize, and decommission IT assets. - Administer SCCM, MS Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, BitLocker, Azure, DHCP, LAN/WAN. - Categorize, prioritize, and close tickets in the ticketing system. - Coordinate with vendors for device servicing or replacement. - Collaborate on system enhancements and fixes with IT team. Required Skills: - 2–5 years in a service desk/Help Desk environment. - Strong problem‑solving for Windows, Office, hardware, and network issues. - Proficiency with remote tools (TeamViewer, Windows Remote Desktop). - Excellent time‑management, organizational, and communication skills. - Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven with a fast‑paced setting. - Ability to lift up to 25 lb. Required Education & Certifications: - College diploma preferred (or equivalent experience). - Professional certifications a plus: CompTIA, HDI, ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft.
