**Job Title:** IT Systems Administrator
**Role Summary:** The IT Systems Administrator supports the Director of Technology in managing information technology systems, focusing on Microsoft ecosystems (Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint), SaaS platforms, and internal application development. Responsibilities include system configuration, user support, security, and alignment with organizational needs.
**Expectations:**
- Provide timely IT support and maintain reliable, secure systems.
- Ensure effective Microsoft 365 and SaaS platform configurations.
- Collaborate with leadership on technical projects and document improvements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Configure, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM, workflows, integrations, and automations.
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenant (user management, security groups, licenses).
- Build and optimize Teams and SharePoint for collaboration and documentation.
- Deliver hands-on technical support for hardware, software, connectivity, and device setup (Windows and macOS).
- Implement IT security practices, monitor systems, and maintain backups.
- Document procedures, configurations, and user training materials.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), Dynamics 365, and SaaS platforms.
- Experience with Windows and macOS device support.
- Problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and adaptability across technologies.
- Basic understanding of networking, security, and compliance.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
