Job Description

**Job Title:** AI Builder / Automation Engineer Intern **Role Summary:** Intern responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI agents, advanced workflows, and automations to support commercial operations. Works closely with senior leaders to transform internal processes into scalable, product‑ready AI solutions. **Expactations:** - Rapidly prototype and iterate AI-driven tools. - Translate business pain points into technical workflows. - Deliver tangible, repeatable use‑cases for internal use and external clients. - Operate effectively in ambiguous environments and take ownership of projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build internal AI agents (sales assistant, CRM copilote, proposal QA, deliverable generation, knowledge assistant integrated with Notion). - Create and maintain automation workflows using Make, n8n, or similar platforms. - Connect and manage APIs (Claude, ChatGPT, Dust, etc.). - Perform data enrichment, web scraping, and CRM data structuring. - Formalise use‑cases into reproducible product offerings. - Standardise prompts and set up role‑specific agents within the knowledge base. **Required Skills:** - Strong understanding of large language models and their limitations. - Practical experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools. - Proficiency in workflow automation platforms (Make, n8n). - Ability to read, write, and troubleshoot code, with knowledge of JSON, logic, and data structures. - Comfortable with API integration and technical concepts. **Bonus Skills:** - Python or JavaScript fundamentals. - Web scraping or data manipulation experience. - Prior personal AI projects or agent development. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment in an engineering or computer science program, or a business school with a strong technical focus. - No strict credential requirement; practical technical aptitude and initiative are paramount.
