Operate within a remote, tech‑enabled sales ecosystem with structured onboarding and a high‑volume calling cadence. **Expectations** - Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for qualified leads and closed sales. - Maintain a disciplined pipeline and accurate activity reporting in the CRM. - Contribute to performance metrics used in the annual Sales Academy reviews. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct high‑frequency cold calls to a curated list of pre‑selected prospect companies. - Identify client needs, present relevant Alibaba solutions, and advance conversations toward closing. - Lead structured, goal‑oriented telephone interviews that generate measurable outcomes. - Prepare and deliver effective digital presentations and initial client meetings. - Collaborate with the lead‑generation team to refine prospect lists and messaging. - Use CRM and AI‑powered coaching tools to analyze calls and improve win rates. - Participate in periodic onboarding and peer‑sparing sessions within the Sales Academy. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B cold‑calling and closing experience (telephony, on‑site, or remote sales). - Strong language skills: fluent in German, English, and French (both spoken and written). - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - High level of organization, prioritization, and self‑management. - Comfortable with digital sales tools, CRM systems, and data analytics. - Client‑centric mindset with a strong drive to identify and secure opportunities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline. - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot Sales, or equivalent) are advantageous but not mandatory.
