**Job Title** Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) **Role Summary** Lead strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to align with corporate strategy and drive business outcomes. Provide actionable insights to executive leadership and business units for growth, profitability, and financial discipline. **Expectations** Strategic finance leader with 12+ years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in FP&A leadership. Proven ability to influence executive decisions, optimize resource allocation, and execute complex financial models. Requires strong analytical and collaboration skills to bridge financial insights with operational strategies. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning. - Develop performance reports, KPI tracking, and trend analysis on company operations. - Partner with business unit leaders to align financial strategies with operational goals. - Analyze investments, resource allocation, and growth initiatives for capital optimization. - Design and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and risk assessment. - Prepare board reports, investor materials, and executive presentations on financial performance. - Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing FP&A team focused on excellence and innovation. - Enhance financial systems, reporting tools, and analytical processes for efficiency. **Required Skills** - Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management. - Expertise in ERP systems, business intelligence (BI) tools, and advanced Excel. - Strong communication skills to translate complex data into strategic recommendations. - Leadership and teamwork across cross-functional business units and leadership teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. - MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred but not required. - 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in strategic FP&A leadership roles.
