Job Description: **Job Title** Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) **Role Summary** Lead strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to align with corporate strategy and drive business outcomes. Provide actionable insights to executive leadership and business units for growth, profitability, and financial discipline. **Expectations** Strategic finance leader with 12+ years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in FP&A leadership. Proven ability to influence executive decisions, optimize resource allocation, and execute complex financial models.
