Job Description
**Job Title** Account Executive II **Role Summary** Own revenue growth, forecasting and strategic account management for assigned enterprise customers. Execute account plans, expand revenue streams, and maintain cross‑functional alignment to support ongoing customer needs. **Expactations** - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain healthy pipeline coverage. - Build and preserve strong executive‑level relationships with key stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Own day‑to‑day interactions and executive‑level relationships for assigned business units or customer logos. - Drive cross‑sell and upsell activities within scope to increase revenue. - Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, negotiation, and close. - Develop and execute detailed account plans aligned with revenue and retention goals. - Prioritize opportunities and balance competing business demands with independent judgment. - Coordinate with Customer Success, PMO, Service Delivery, and Sales Support teams. - Partner with OEMs, manufacturers and distribution partners to support ongoing programs. - Identify revenue‑retention risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Transition newly established business units from BDM to AE after expansion initiatives are operationalized. - Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting using CRM tools. **Required Skills** - Enterprise account management experience (4–7 years). - Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and forecast accuracy. - Strong business acumen with ability to spot growth opportunities. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for mid‑to senior‑level stakeholders. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting. - Solid negotiation, market research, and sales strategy knowledge. - Strong relationship‑building and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities. - Advanced numerical, budgeting, and time‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational experience. ---
