Job Description
Job Title: FP&A Analyst II Role Summary: Support U.S. operations financial planning and analysis by preparing reports, reconciling budgets, conducting financial modeling, and providing insights to management. Works collaboratively with senior analysts and managers to forecast, analyze variance, and evaluate project feasibility. Expectations: - Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on time. - Reconcile planned vs. actual expenses and explain variances. - Provide clear written and verbal explanations of financial data to all organizational levels. - Meet deadlines for ad‑hoc reporting requests. - Show initiative in continuous improvement of FP&A processes. Key Responsibilities: - Compile management reports (monthly, quarterly, annual). - Analyze and interpret financial and operating data, including financial statements. - Support annual financial planning, budget creation, and forecast development. - Reconcile budget to actuals and prepare variance analysis. - Produce updates, progress, and variance reports for management. - Conduct financial modeling, statement analysis, and statistical analyses. - Support project assessments, including budget capacity and benefit realization analysis. - Assist in gathering information for financial planning and forecasting processes. - Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Skills: - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Ability to explain complex financial data clearly. - Effective communication skills across all organizational levels. - Knowledge of GAAP and relevant financial regulations. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Four years of professional, finance-related experience or equivalent education and experience. ---
