Job Description: Job Title: Business Controller Role Summary: Deliver executive‑level financial management for a pan‑European supply chain group, including performance monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to enable strategic decision‑making. Expactations: - Produce accurate, timely financial insights that drive business performance. - Partner with operational teams to influence strategy and optimize profitability. - Maintain high standards of financial control, reporting, and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse monthly financial results, identify variances vs. budget and forecast, and report findings. - Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, collaborating with cross‑functional teams. - Design, develop and continuously improve management reporting, dashboards, and KPIs. - Act as a finance business partner, challenging assumptions and supporting operational decisions. - Build financial models, conduct profitability analyses, and develop business cases for strategic initiatives and ad‑hoc projects. Required Skills: - Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling competencies. - Expertise in management reporting, KPI development, and dashboard creation. - Proven ability to partner with business units and influence decisions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Bilingual proficiency in French and English. - Minimum 5 years’ controlling experience; Big 4 audit experience highly desirable. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. - Relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA) is an advantage.
