**Job Title** Community Manager – Apprenticeship **Role Summary** One‑year apprenticeship focused on leading social‑media initiatives for a portfolio of client brands. The role integrates strategic positioning, creative content production, paid campaign management, and performance analysis to advance each brand’s digital presence and engagement objectives. **Expectations** * Deliver high‑quality, brand‑aligned content across multiple platforms under tight deadlines. * Manage simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and consistency. * Engage proactively with clients and internal teams to propose actionable insights. * Showcase adaptability and initiative in a dynamic, team‑centric environment. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Define and evolve editorial strategies tailored to each client’s positioning. 2. Draft, schedule, and optimize posts for optimal reach and engagement. 3. Coordinate content production with internal creative studio and external photo/video vendors. 4. Design, launch, and monitor paid‑media campaigns, adjusting targeting and budgets for performance. 5. Analyze metrics, generate reports, and recommend strategy adjustments. 6. Plan and execute photo/video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. 7. Handle project management tasks: organize workflows, follow up on deliverables, and maintain client relationships. **Required Skills** * Excellent written and visual communication; strong grasp of orthography. * Multitasking ability with strict attention to detail. * Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with curiosity and creativity. * Deep knowledge of social‑media platforms, trends, formats, and algorithmic mechanics. * Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable campaigns. * Facility in using digital tools (Content Calendar, analytics platforms, graphic & video support tools). * Client‑facing communication skills, both verbal and written. **Required Education & Certifications** * Current enrollment or completion of a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. * Eligibility to enter an apprenticeship contract. ---
