Job Description
**Job Title** Industrial Sales Intern (H/F) – France & Export **Role Summary** Support the Industrial Sales Department by prospecting, preparing commercial proposals and managing the sales cycle for new and existing industrial clients across France and international markets. Operate under the guidance of the Industrial Sales Manager, leveraging digital tools and CRM to drive pipeline development and close deals. **Expectations** - Demonstrate initiative, autonomy and accuracy in all tasks. - Apply current commercial training to build persuasive sales arguments. - Utilize all available digital platforms, including AI, to enhance prospecting and reporting. - Achieve set contact and conversion targets in collaboration with the sales team. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Prepare and refine sales presentations and pitches for industrial prospects. 2. Prospect and qualify leads using the company database and independently identified targets, in agreement with the sales manager. 3. Draft commercial offers, manage proposal lifecycle and track progress through the CRM system. 4. Organize and conduct client meetings, recording outcomes and maintaining scheduling accuracy. 5. Update lead status, prospecting activities and sales reports in accordance with internal processes. **Required Skills** - Current enrollment in a commercial, business or related program. - Strong sales acumen, including closing techniques and objection handling. - Proficient with digital sales tools, CRM platforms and basic data management. - Excellent communication, persuasive writing and presentation abilities. - Self‑motivation, dynamism, positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges. - Valid driver’s license (B) and access to a personal vehicle. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor or Master level studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or comparable commercial discipline (ongoing). - No specific certifications required, though familiarity with Sales CRM or digital marketing tools is a plus.
