**Job Title**: Enterprise Sales Manager
**Role Summary**
Senior sales leader responsible for expanding and consolidating the French market for high‑value Managed Detection & Response (MDR), XDR, and advanced cybersecurity services. Owns territory strategy, builds executive‑level relationships with CISOs and other senior decision‑makers, and drives profitable growth through consultative selling and partnership development.
**Expectations**
- Achieve or exceed €5 million annual revenue quota.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM records.
- Develop a strategic territory map for upper‑mid‑market and enterprise accounts.
- Persuade and secure long‑term contracts with clear value‑propositions.
- Cultivate the organization’s reputation as a trusted cybersecurity partner.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Create and implement a strategic territory plan targeting upper‑mid‑market and enterprise accounts.
2. Identify, qualify, and progress new opportunities, assessing customer needs, contracts, and financial implications.
3. Deliver compelling consultative presentations articulating MDR, XDR, and advisory value propositions.
4. Navigate customer organizations to secure key stakeholders, commitments, and favorable terms.
5. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and delivery teams to design solutions, onboard clients, and ensure satisfaction.
6. Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and use CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain visibility.
7. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive positioning, and market intelligence.
8. Communicate clearly in written and verbal formats to engage both technical and business audiences.
**Required Skills**
- 7+ years of direct cybersecurity sales experience, with proven attainment of €5M+ quotas.
- Experience selling MDR/XDR, penetration testing, compliance, incident response, and reselling advanced technologies to enterprise clients.
- Established track record of engaging and influencing CISOs and senior leaders.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, Miller Heiman).
- Strong consultative, strategic sales mindset and ability to solve complex business problems.
- Self‑starter aptitude to build a region from the ground up.
- Excellent negotiation, financial analysis, and relationship‑building skills.
- Native German speaker, fluent in English; additional EU language(s) a plus.
- Proficient user of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement tools.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent) highly desirable.
- Sales certifications (e.g., RHF, MEDDICC, Challenger Sales) considered an asset.
