Job Title: Manager, Artificial Intelligence
Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions to optimize business performance. Manage AI projects, execute data analysis, build predictive models, extract actionable insights, and integrate solutions across cross‑functional teams while staying abreast of industry best practices.
Expectations: • Deliver high‑impact AI products on schedule and within scope. • Translate business objectives into technical requirements and measurable outcomes. • Foster collaboration between data science, engineering, product, and business stakeholders. • Continuously improve AI pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with data governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end‑to‑end AI project lifecycle: concept, data acquisition, model selection, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Conduct rigorous data exploration, feature engineering, and predictive modeling using state‑of‑the‑art algorithms.
- Translate model outputs into clear, actionable business insights and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with software engineers to integrate models into production environments, ensuring latency, scalability, and security requirements are met.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of AI technologies, tools, and regulation; recommend best practices and tools for the organization.
- Mentor junior data scientists and analytics teams; provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer.
- Produce documentation, SOPs, and reproducible pipelines for AI experiments and deployments.
Required Skills:
- Expert in data science, statistical analysis, and machine learning (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning).
- Proficient programmatic skills in Python or R; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, or comparable frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive business insights from complex datasets.
- Project management experience, including Agile/ Scrum practices and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with data mining, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment and scaling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of explaining technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TensorFlow Developer, AWS Certified Machine Learning, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer) are advantageous but not mandatory.
