Job Description

Job title: AI Automation Engineer Role Summary: Design, implement, and manage AI‑powered automation systems that streamline and scale internal processes across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other functions within a high‑growth organization. Expectations: Early‑career professional with a proven track record of excellence, responsible for driving measurable outcomes, rapidly iterating solutions, and working closely with executive leadership to embed AI into day‑to‑day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and deploy AI agents and automation workflows to replace manual tasks in cross‑functional teams. - Identify high‑friction processes, redesign them using intelligent systems, and validate impact through data and metrics. - Build internal tools that enhance visibility, speed, and decision‑making across the organization. - Prototype, test, and refine AI solutions in collaboration with stakeholders from Finance, Product, and Operations. - Continuously assess opportunities for AI integration and lead implementation initiatives. - Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership and drive alignment across departments. Required Skills: - Strong programming foundation (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent). - Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) and workflow automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Airflow). - Data modeling, relational database design, and ETL best practices. - Ability to translate business problems into structured technical solutions. - Excellent cross‑functional communication, stakeholder management, and project ownership. - Proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable delivering results in a fast‑moving environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a rigorously analytical discipline. - Strong academic performance or demonstrable excellence in a competitive program. - Certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or equivalent are advantageous but not mandatory.
