Job Description: **Job Title** Investment Banking Intern – Institutional Sales **Role Summary** Support the institutional sales and capital markets team by sourcing allocators, conducting outreach, and assisting early‑stage bookbuilding activities for debt, equity, and hedge fund LP placements. **Expectations** - Full‑time, on‑site engagement. - Perform extensive investor outreach and qualification. - Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline trackers. - Contribute to investor communications and sales materials. - Gain practical exposure to capital‑raising processes and allocator dynamics. **Key Responsibilities** - Call and engage allocators, family offices, and institutional investors. - Research qualified investors across UK, Switzerland, EU, US, Hong Kong, and other global markets. - Conduct early‑stage qualification calls and identify accredited investors. - Log calls, update CRM entries, and manage pipeline tracking. - Prepare investor meeting materials and support follow‑up actions. - Assist in creating sales presentations and capital‑market content. - Gather allocator intelligence through research and contribute to internal briefings. - Support the capital‑raising workflow for affiliate and client funds. **Required Skills** - Strong verbal and written English communication. - Professional, persistent phone etiquette. - Proactive, organized, structured outreach capability. - Basic research and data‑collection proficiency. - Comfort with CRM tools and pipeline management. - Interest in asset management, capital raising, and institutional sales. **Required Education & Certifications** - Undergraduate or postgraduate degree (or equivalent) in finance, economics, business, marketing, or a related field. - No additional certifications required.
