**Job title:** Real Estate Advisor **Role summary:** Independent, full‑time real‑estate negotiator working on a freelance basis to secure property sales in the Marseille market using Aixty’s digital lead generation tools. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable sales results (≈3 seller meetings/month from 20 weekly leads). - Maintain a professional and positive brand image for the agency. - Work autonomously while collaborating closely with agency leadership. - Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements in real‑estate transactions. **Key responsibilities:** - Engage and negotiate with buyers and sellers to close property transactions. - Convert digital leads into qualified appointments and finalised sales. - Use Aixty’s innovative tools to streamline prospecting and deal management. - Maintain rigorous follow‑up processes to meet or exceed monthly conversion targets. - Update CRM and reporting systems with accurate transaction data. - Represent the agency in a professional manner in all client interactions. **Required skills:** - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - High level of interpersonal and relationship‑building ability. - Proficient with digital tools, CRM systems, and online lead management. - Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently. - Reliable multitasking and organisational capacity. **Required education & certifications:** - Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent. - Valid Driver’s Licence Class B (mandatory). - No specific real‑estate qualification required, though prior experience is advantageous.
