**Job Title** Business Developer (Freelance) **Role Summary** Independent sales professional responsible for driving revenue by selling digital advertising & influencer campaigns and B2B sourcing/market‑entry services that connect French brands with the South Korean market (and vice‑versa). Works remotely, manages own pipeline, and earns performance‑based commissions. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Conduct full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing. - Maintain a high conversion rate on qualified leads. - Operate autonomously, organize own schedule, and keep CRM up‑to‑date. - Focus exclusively on B2B engagements; no influencer recruitment required. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Advertising & Influence Sales** - Prospect brands in cosmetics, food, lifestyle, tech, etc., using provided database and personal outreach. - Pitch and sell product‑placement and advertising campaigns with a network of 10 exclusive content creators. - Negotiate terms, close contracts, and ensure delivery of campaign assets. 2. **B2B & Strategic Services** - Offer sourcing and supplier‑matchmaking services to French retailers and Korean manufacturers. - Book and sell qualified appointments with potential partners. - Market and sell “market‑entry” packages for French firms expanding to Korea and Korean firms entering France. 3. **Pipeline & Reporting** - Track leads, opportunities, and closed deals in the company’s CRM. - Provide regular performance reports and forecast sales revenue. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B “hunter” sales track record (cold calling, prospecting, closing). - Strong negotiation and communication abilities; comfortable speaking with decision‑makers. - Fluency in French and English; Korean language skills or strong cultural knowledge of Korea are a plus. - Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time independently. - Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales analytics. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field preferred (not mandatory). - Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) are advantageous.
