Job title: Business Development Representative Role Summary: Dual‑function specialist driving client onboarding, success, and new business growth for a SaaS platform. Expactations: Deliver seamless onboarding, exceed sales targets, maintain robust pipeline, and nurture long‑term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end‑to‑end onboarding of new clients, creating tailored implementation plans. • Conduct training workshops and product demos to boost adoption. • Monitor onboarding progress, address issues, and capture feedback for product improvement. • Source and qualify new prospects via outbound prospecting and networking. • Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts. • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking functions. Required Skills: • 2–5 years in customer success, onboarding, account management, or business development. • Proven track record meeting/exceeding SaaS sales KPIs. • Consultative selling, strong communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non‑technical audiences. • Excellent problem‑solving, organization, and time‑management abilities. • Proficient with CRM (Pipedrive); comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and automation tools. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). • Relevant certifications in SaaS sales or customer success (advantage).
