**Job Title:** Head of Data Analytics **Role Summary:** Lead data strategy, analytics, and insight delivery to drive organization-wide decision-making. Focus on customer segmentation, marketing insights, and data governance to optimize marketing, sales, and operational performance. **Expectations:** - Minimum 10 years in data analytics with 5 years in lead generation. - Proven leadership in managing analytics teams and delivering data-driven marketing strategies. - Strong technical expertise in BI tools and CRM platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute marketing intelligence strategy aligned with business goals. - Design customer segmentation and value-based models to identify priority audiences. - Oversee data enrichment programs to enhance customer database quality and coverage. - Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and churn to inform retention and acquisition strategies. - Create compliant data lists for telemarketing and sales campaigns to optimize lead generation. - Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign, segment, and market performance. - Lead a team of analysts and insight specialists to deliver scalable, actionable intelligence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to translate insights into strategies. - Promote data literacy and adoption of BI tools across the organization. **Required Skills:** - Advanced BI tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio). - CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation experience. - SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis. - Statistical modeling and data visualization expertise. - Campaign segmentation and targeting techniques. - Strategic thinking with ability to link data insights to business outcomes. - Leadership experience managing multiple direct reports. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or related field. - Relevant certifications in BI tools or data science (optional but advantageous).
