**Job Title:** Business Developer – Liège / Namur **Role Summary:** Drive territorial growth in the Liège / Namur region by prospecting, selling, and onboarding beauty and wellness professionals to Treatwell’s SaaS platform. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, and guide new partners through onboarding and software adoption, ensuring seamless handover to Account Management. **Expectations:** - Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. - Demonstrate sustained, high‑quality prospecting effort. - Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date Salesforce CRM data. - Collaborate with team to refine sales strategies and share market insights. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct spontaneous salon visits to pitch Treatwell and close deals. - Prospect beauty and wellness professionals via phone, internet, CRM, social media, and in‑person. - Secure appointments, manage sales process, and close agreements independently. - Onboard new partners, provide product training, and ensure they effectively use the platform. - Enrich Salesforce database with prospect and customer information. - Perform competitive intelligence and relay field observations to improve tactics. - Analyze sales performance to meet or exceed KPIs. - Contribute to team cohesion and morale. **Required Skills:** - 4+ years of B2B sales experience, including tele‑prospecting. - Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. - Strong, adaptable hunter mindset with excellent oral communication in French. - Comfortable speaking English conversationally. - Self‑managed, organized, and meticulous with sales records. - Driver’s licence (category B). - Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (any discipline). - Sales certification or training preferred but not mandatory.
