**Job Title:** Junior Project Manager **Role Summary:** Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing client-facing engagement programs. Manage speaker procurement, scheduling, and logistical details for onsite and virtual events, ensuring seamless delivery and adherence to client and company standards. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑impact, client‑centric engagements from start to finish. - Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and resolve issues proactively. - Drive process improvement and compliance with engagement policies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and execute end‑to‑end engagement logistics (scheduling, venue, catering, tech, accessibility). - Manage shared inboxes, calendars, and task tracking using the Engagement Booking Tool. - Secure and brief speakers, align on session objectives, and manage speaker availability. - Serve as primary contact for speakers, attendees, and internal stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle. - Identify and address risks or escalations, providing contingency plans and real‑time support during events. - Monitor and report on engagement metrics, including speaker fulfillment and attendee satisfaction. - Conduct post‑engagement follow‑ups to capture insights and support continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication; polished professional presence. - Stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building with cross‑functional teams. - Autonomous, proactive problem‑solving mindset with composure under pressure. - Proficiency in project management tools and platforms; experience with scheduling/booking software. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Project Management, Communications, or related field. - Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification desirable.
