Job Description
Job Title: Field Based - Senior Customer Account Manager Role Summary: Field‑based senior customer account manager responsible for managing and expanding existing customer accounts, ensuring compliance, problem resolution, and proactive account management, while converting warm leads into new business. Expectations: Deliver high‑level customer service, understand full sales cycle, achieve KPI‑driven growth, and promote new technologies through product presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage existing customer base, ensuring compliance, PPM completion, and issue resolution. - Proactively engage customers, providing ongoing support and guidance. - Convert warm leads from sales/marketing across channels (social media, Google, referrals, networking, campaigns). - Deliver product presentations and promote new technologies. - Monitor and report on account performance against KPIs. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve business growth. Required Skills: - Proven sales strategy development and implementation. - Specialist knowledge (≥2) in hot/cold water systems, cooling towers, closed‑loop systems, swimming pools, chemical dosing/monitoring, plant & equipment; intermediate knowledge in others. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong organizational and time‑management skills. - Team‑focused, collaborative mindset. - Ability to learn new services/products quickly and convey benefits clearly. - Valid driving license and willingness to travel. Required Education & Certifications: - Professional/accredited qualifications in water treatment, engineering, or related fields preferred. - Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in water industry roles (sales, account management, or technical).
