**Job Title:**
Infrastructure Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver enterprise‑wide IT infrastructure programs for manufacturing facilities and data centers. Integrate operational technology (OT) with enterprise IT, ensuring projects align with business objectives, production schedules, and budget constraints.
**Expectations**
- Manage end‑to‑end program lifecycle: charter, planning, execution, monitoring, close‑out.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (manufacturing, engineering, facilities, network, DevOps, security).
- Translate business and manufacturing requirements into actionable program plans.
- Safeguard business continuity through risk, change, and issue management.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop program charters, scope statements, milestones, budgets, and success metrics.
2. Lead strategy workshops and design sessions across stakeholders.
3. Oversee construction and installation projects, ensuring compliance with Division 27, AV, and telecom standards.
4. Manage server, storage, backup, disaster‑recovery, and active‑directory implementations and refreshes.
5. Plan, execute, and validate cloud migration and multi‑site network connectivity solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
6. Drive project documentation, status reporting, and executive updates.
7. Mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement.
**Required Skills**
- 8+ years in complex, cross‑functional IT infrastructure program management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven experience with construction & facilities integration for plant buildings, data centers, or expansions.
- Deep knowledge of structured cabling, Division 27, AV/telecom standards, and industrial drawings.
- Expertise in enterprise server, storage, backup, DR, and OS upgrade projects.
- Hands‑on cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and migration strategy.
- Proficiency in network design (LAN/WLAN, DHCP, DNS, multi‑site connectivity).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Competence with project management tools: Smartsheet, Jira, Google Workspace.
- Analytical, critical‑thinking, and independent decision‑making abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) preferred.
