**Job Title**
International Development & Promotion Assistant (Internship)
**Role Summary**
Assist the International Development & Promotion team to drive global business growth and marketing for a premier fashion & lifestyle events organizer. Work across business development, client account management, marketing activation, and CRM administration, engaging partners from over 45 countries.
**Expectations**
- Secure and nurture international B2B partnerships with trade institutions, embassies, and export agencies.
- Convert prospects into active partners and manage client participation in flagship trade shows.
- Deliver multilingual promotional content and support strategic marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data, oversee administrative tasks (visa coordination, budgets), and contribute to event execution.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Development**: Identify target markets, conduct strategic research, lobby institutions, and attend high‑level meetings in multiple languages.
- **Client Management**: Track partnership progress, coordinate collective country participation in trade shows, and manage day‑to‑day client projects, budgets, negotiations, and booth layouts.
- **Marketing & Promotion**: Design and market out‑of‑booth visibility solutions, create and host multilingual webinars, and support external promotion tools.
- **CRM & Administration**: Administer Salesforce (account creation, opportunity tracking), update databases, manage visa processes, and support event logistics.
- **Cross‑Functional Coordination**: Liaise with Sales, Technical, Exhibitor, Buyer, Communications, and Partnerships departments to ensure seamless execution.
**Required Skills**
- **Languages**: English C1/Bilingual (essential) and French C1/C2 (essential); proficiency in at least one additional language (Spanish, Italian, German, Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
- **Technical Tools**: Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and Canva.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong interpersonal and negotiation capabilities, confident public speaking in multiple languages, cultural adaptability, and sensitivity to fashion, design, and lifestyle markets.
- **Operational**: Ability to work during on‑site event days, manage budgets, and handle fast‑paced administration.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum level: Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3).
- Current enrollment in Master 1 (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Event Management, International Relations, or similar, commencing internship in August 2026.
- Preferred work rhythm: 3 weeks on / 1 week off or 4 days on / 1 day off.
- No specific certifications required.
