Job Description
Job Title: Implementation Consultant Role Summary Deliver end‑to‑end ERP implementations for manufacturing and construction clients, acting as the primary client contact during the full implementation lifecycle. Combine technical configuration, business process mapping, data migration, training, and post‑go‑live support to ensure customers achieve maximum value from the solution. Expectations * 1–3 years’ experience in software implementation or consulting. * Strong grasp of manufacturing, operations, or finance processes. * Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and translate business requirements into technical design. * Clear, confident communication with stakeholders of all technical levels. Key Responsibilities - Represent the company as the main liaison for new customers throughout implementation. - Lead workshops to map current and future processes, conduct gap analysis, and elicit requirements. - Translate requirements into system design, configure modules, and perform functional tests. - Manage data extraction, transformation, loading, and validation. - Support go‑live activities, including system cut‑over planning and troubleshooting. - Deliver user training and document best practices. - Provide post‑implementation consulting to ensure sustained user adoption. - Report on project activities, progress, and time tracking. - Identify, document, and communicate potential issues to the project manager. Required Skills - Proficiency in configuration and testing of ERP systems (ERP experience preferred). - Strong analytical, organizational, and detail‑oriented mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences. - Collaborative teamwork and ownership mindset. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field. - No specific certifications required; relevant industry or ERP vendor certifications welcomed.
