Job Description
Job Title: FPGA Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, test, and deliver FPGA-based solutions across the product lifecycle, from concept to production, supporting a range of high‑speed communication and signal‑processing applications. Expectations: 2+ years FPGA engineering experience or research‑heavy PhD, strong academic foundation, customer‑facing technical role. Key Responsibilities: - Capture requirements and define system architecture in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. - Design and implement FPGA firmware, including high‑speed serial/SerDes, PCIe, Ethernet, MIPI, DDR interfaces. - Develop and validate DSP and signal‑processing algorithms (filters, correlators, demodulators). - Perform firmware debugging, testing, and verification using hardware simulators and on‑chip tools. - Integrate and test FPGA devices (RFSoc, MPSoc) with embedded ARM CPUs. - Document design specifications, test procedures, and user guides. - Collaborate on hardware schematic capture, PCB layout, and component procurement. - Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders during development and production stages.
