Job Description

**Job title**: Responsable BI & Data F/H **Role Summary**: Lead the Business Intelligence strategy for Finance and HR, owning data architecture, migration, governance, and user adoption to deliver reliable, actionable dashboards. **Expactations**: Deliver on strategic BI objectives, maintain high data quality, complete migrations on schedule, and ensure user training and support. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as the BI Finance/RH reference for reporting tools. - Design, build, and maintain the data warehouse (modeling, ETL, quality, security). - Lead migration of legacy BI solutions to modern platforms (Power BI, SQL Server, etc.). - Define and document data models, integration processes, and governance frameworks. - Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into dashboards. - Establish data governance: reference models, quality controls, security, and access policies. - Train and support end‑users for solution adoption. **Required Skills** - Minimum 3 years of BI project experience. - Expertise in SQL and dimensional data modeling. - Proficiency with Power BI or equivalent report‑making tools. - Experience in data warehouse design, ETL, and data governance. - Ability to influence stakeholders, articulate technical concepts, and drive implementation. - Knowledge or interest in Finance or HR operations is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bac+5 (Master’s level) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent. - Certifications in BI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) and/or data warehousing are advantageous.
