**Job Title** Business Manager – High‑Frequency (HF) **Role Summary** Entrepreneurial leader responsible for driving profit‑center growth through new‑business acquisition, client relationship management, recruitment and development of engineering consultants, and overall financial performance of the assigned unit. **Expectations** - Proactively identify and convert market opportunities. - Build and maintain strong client and candidate networks. - Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing consulting team. - Ensure profitability and sustainable growth of the business unit. - Contribute to the expansion of the company’s brand, new offices, and key‑account strategies. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Business Development** – Prospect, qualify, and close new contracts; manage pipeline; act as primary client contact. 2. **Recruitment** – Source, interview, and hire engineering talent to staff project teams. 3. **Team Management** – Oversee consultants’ career progression, performance reviews, training, and skill development. 4. **Financial Management** – Own P&L for the unit, monitor margins, forecast revenue, and control costs. 5. **Account Management** – Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts; ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. 6. **Strategic Growth** – Support launch of new brands or offices (national/international) and mentor junior Business Managers. **Required Skills** - Strong sales and negotiation abilities. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven people‑management and coaching experience. - Financial acumen with P&L responsibility. - Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. - High energy, resilience, and a “challenge‑seeking” mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized engineering school and/or business/commercial school (e.g., Grandes Écoles, equivalent). - No specific certifications required; professional experience in business development, recruitment, or consultancy management is essential.
