**Job Title** Electrical AIT Tech Lead **Role Summary** Lead and manage the Electrical Advanced Integrated Test (AIT) activities for a satellite production programme. Coordinate the test strategy, planning, execution, and compliance for electrical systems, oversee the procurement and validation of Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE), and interface with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to ensure successful AIT delivery. **Expectations** Ensure all electrical AIT activities are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet ECSS standards. Deliver high‑quality test reports, resolve non‑conformances, and provide expert guidance to engineering and supplier teams throughout the AIT lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead, mentor, and manage the Electrical AIT team. - Define test strategies, plans, and procedures for electrical AIT. - Oversee EGSE procurement, implementation, and validation (specifications, RFPs, commissioning, maintenance). - Conduct and manage FAT/SAT cycles with suppliers, track defects, and enforce corrective actions. - Act as the primary liaison for Electrical AIT with systems, software, and partner teams. - Ensure compliance with ECSS and other applicable standards. - Produce and maintain test documentation, status reports, and lessons‑learned. **Required Skills** - Proven leadership and team management in technical test environments. - Deep understanding of satellite electrical systems and EGSE. - Experience with ECSS standards and space industry test procedures. - Strong project management, planning, and risk‑mitigation skills. - Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving abilities. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in space or high‑integrity electrical testing. - Relevant certifications in project management or quality assurance (e.g., PMP, ISO 9001) preferred.
