**Job title** Business Analyst – Summit (H/F) **Role Summary** Support a strategic project for a major financial client by gathering and analysing business requirements, authoring functional specifications, and facilitating Agile ceremonies. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and product owners to ensure high‑quality delivery and successful production deployment. **Expectations** - 2–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or MOA consultant in the financial sector. - Strong understanding of financial products (FX, credit rates, financial and regulatory risk). - Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and related tools (JIRA, Confluence). - Ability to read/write SQL for basic data extraction. - Excellent stakeholder‑management, analytical, and synthesis skills. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Elicit, analyse, and document business needs and translate them into functional specifications and user stories. 2. Conduct workshops with business, development, and product teams to refine requirements and promote shared understanding. 3. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑up, sprint planning, review, retrospective). 4.
