**Job title** Business Analyst – Summit (H/F) **Role Summary** Support a strategic project for a major financial client by gathering and analysing business requirements, authoring functional specifications, and facilitating Agile ceremonies. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and product owners to ensure high‑quality delivery and successful production deployment. **Expectations** - 2–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or MOA consultant in the financial sector. - Strong understanding of financial products (FX, credit rates, financial and regulatory risk). - Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and related tools (JIRA, Confluence). - Ability to read/write SQL for basic data extraction. - Excellent stakeholder‑management, analytical, and synthesis skills. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Elicit, analyse, and document business needs and translate them into functional specifications and user stories. 2. Conduct workshops with business, development, and product teams to refine requirements and promote shared understanding. 3.
