Job Description

AI Digitalization Expert **Role Summary** Lead AI and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in automotive and mobility sectors by deploying scalable solutions aligned with business strategy. **Expectations** - Champion AI tool selection, testing, and implementation across Value Stream (VS) projects. - Translate customer, OEM, and stakeholder requirements into AI-led business value. - Ensure adoption of robust, interpretable, and ethical AI practices per industry standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with VS leadership to plan and execute AI/digitalization projects. - Identify and apply AI/ML, NLP, CV, RPA, and GenAI tools to solve operational challenges. - Conduct feasibility studies, create proof-of-concepts, and deliver business cases. - Partner with IT, delivery teams, and global leaders to automate workflows. - Monitor solution performance, propose enhancements, and identify new use cases. - Support Kaizen events with Lean teams to integrate AI-based process improvements. **Required Skills** - Automotive/mobility industry expertise with business process knowledge. - Technical proficiency in AI/ML model development and deployment. - Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration. - Problem-solving and project delivery skills with business impact alignment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Engineering, or Business Management. - Proven track record in AI/ML project implementation (preferably in operational contexts). - Proficiency in Python or AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) preferred.
