Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Role Summary:
Collaborate with a technical team to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and performance optimizations, ensuring system stability and alignment with business objectives.
Expactations:
- 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
- Proven ability to architect and deploy solutions using Apex, SOQL/SOQL+, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core Salesforce Platform features.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (PD1).
- Experience with API integrations, OAuth, and SSO.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices – CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Gearset), automated testing frameworks, and version control with Git.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Build, test, and maintain integrations with third‑party applications and external APIs.
- Resolve incidents, troubleshoot issues, and handle enhancement requests to maintain system reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical architecture.
- Enforce security best practices (role hierarchies, sharing rules, field‑level security, OAuth, SSO).
- Refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt and improve scalability.
- Partner with QA to develop automated tests and manage production deployments via CI/CD.
- Mentor junior developers on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Apex development (classes, triggers, batch, future, Queueable).
- Lightning Web Components development and debugging.
- SOQL and SOSL query optimization.
- Salesforce API integration (REST, SOAP, Bulk).
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud business processes.
- Version control (Git) and DevOps tooling (Gearset, Jenkins, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Effective communication with cross‑functional teams.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certificate.
