**Job Title**
Senior Test Engineer – ERP Consulting
**Role Summary**
Lead the design and execution of quality assurance for cloud‑native ERP services built on Microsoft Azure and .NET. Develop automated test frameworks, perform functional, performance, security, and AI‑specific validation, and mentor a distributed Scrum team.
**Expectations**
- Deliver reliable, compliant testing throughout the SDLC for Azure‑hosted ERP applications.
- Ensure AI components adhere to NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, bias‑mitigation, and safety standards.
- Mentor junior QA staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, implement and maintain automated test suites for APIs, microservices, and AI pipelines.
- Conduct API, performance, security (OWASP, threat modelling) and AI output validation (accuracy, relevance, hallucination detection).
- Define and monitor quality metrics, observability hooks, and regression scopes.
- Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and architects to shape testing strategies and early defect mitigation.
- Validate regulatory compliance and traceability of AI services.
- Mentor and coach junior QA members; promote knowledge sharing and innovation.
**Required Skills**
- 12+ years in QA/testing for cloud‑native .NET applications.
- Proficient in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerized test environments.
- Strong API test design, performance profiling, and security testing (OWASP).
- Experience with LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, RAG, hallucination detection, model orchestration.
- Knowledge of AI safety, bias detection, explainability, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act.
- Agile/Scrum team experience; ability to work across global R&D locations.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Mentoring and knowledge‑transfer capability.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications: ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, Microsoft Certified: Azure Test Engineer, or equivalent.
- Security certifications (CISSP, OSCP) and AI‑RMF knowledge preferred.
