Job Description

Job Title: Senior C# Developer Role Summary: Lead design, development, and enhancement of backend services for internal business platforms. Deliver scalable and reliable solutions, build APIs and system integrations, and collaborate closely with engineering and business stakeholders. Expectations: - Deliver high-quality, maintainable code within agreed timelines. - Apply best practices in architecture, security, and performance. - Document development and integration processes clearly. - Actively troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop robust C#/.NET backend applications. - Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations between internal and external systems. - Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions. - Refactor and enhance existing systems for reliability, scalability, and maintainability. - Produce technical documentation for development, integration, and support. - Ensure alignment with engineering best practices and security standards. Required Skills: - Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core/Framework. - Proficient with SQL Server and relational data modeling. - Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and system integrations. - Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Effective communication and teamwork in a collaborative environment. - Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth) (preferred). Nice to Have Skills: - Enterprise or internal business system development experience. - Integration experience with HR, finance, or operational platforms. - Cloud platform knowledge (Azure, AWS). - Python or data tooling experience. - Reporting/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Professional certifications in .NET or C# are a plus.
