**Job Title**
Software Engineer – Front‑End / Full‑Stack
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality user interfaces and full‑stack applications for a rapidly scaling AI platform. Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to transform concepts into production‑ready features, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
**Expectations**
- Junior to mid‑senior level (2–5+ years) with start‑up or product‑focused experience.
- Proven ability to take ownership of product features from ideation through launch.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment; self‑motivated and adaptable.
**Key Responsibilities**
*Front‑End*
- Build pixel‑perfect UIs from wireframes using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Write maintainable, high‑performance CSS (Tailwind CSS or SASS/SCSS).
- Optimize front‑end performance (SSR, SSG, ISR, caching, CDN).
- Contribute to front‑end architecture, coding standards, and testing strategies.
- Collaborate with design to refine visual fidelity and ensure a seamless user experience.
*Full‑Stack*
- Develop end‑to‑end features covering both front‑end (React + TS) and back‑end (Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs).
- Design and maintain secure, scalable database schemas and API endpoints.
- Champion best practices for performance optimization, security, and code quality.
- Make critical technical decisions that influence long‑term product architecture.
- Work with product and design to translate requirements into production‑ready code.
**Required Skills**
- **Core**: React, TypeScript, Node.js, modern build tooling (ESBuild/Webpack).
- **Front‑End**: Next.js, state management (Redux/Context/MobX), fetch libraries (react-query, SWR), CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SASS/SCSS), animations/transitions, SSR/SSG/ISR, caching/CDN integration, i18n/l10n.
- **Full‑Stack**: REST/GraphQL API design, database (SQL/NoSQL), authentication/authorization, testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- **Soft Skills**: Product‑driven mindset, strong communication, ownership, rapid iteration, collaborative problem‑solving.
- **Bonus**: Experience with Three.js/React‑Three‑Fiber for immersive UI, large‑scale Next.js migrations, global performance strategies.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
