**Job Title**
Solution Architect – Salesforce CMT (High Tech)
**Role Summary**
Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce platforms for the Software & Platforms/High‑Tech vertical. Lead the end‑to‑end design, implementation, and delivery of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that create measurable business value for clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Architecture & Design** – Define technical architecture and solution blueprint, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce designs using core product sets (AgentForce Sales, Revenue Management, Service, Data360, etc.).
2. **Stakeholder Engagement** – Partner with senior client stakeholders to gather processes, validate designs, and present solution concepts.
3. **Solution Implementation** – Lead prototyping, integration design, data migration plans, and deployment strategy aligned with security, compliance, and scalability standards.
4. **Quality & Governance** – Ensure solution integrity, enforce governance, and capture observations for continuous improvement.
5. **Project Leadership** – Manage scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables within client engagements.
6. **Knowledge Management** – Stay updated on Salesforce features, release notes, and industry trends; share insights with internal teams and clients.
7. **Mentoring** – Guide junior architects and developers through technical decisions and best practices.
8. **Demonstrations & Workshops** – Prepare and deliver high‑impact demos, workshops, and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
**Required Skills**
- Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning, Flow, Process Builder).
- Strong background in high‑tech / Software & Platforms vertical and front‑office transformation.
- Experience designing and deploying AgentForce suite, Service Cloud, and Data360 solutions.
- Proven consulting skills: client management, stakeholder communication, and solution selling.
- Leadership, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Project management fundamentals (planning, risk mitigation, milestone tracking).
- Data management, security, and governance expertise.
- Ability to prototype, develop, and demo solutions quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (Blade, solution design, integration).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, and/or Integration Architecture Designer.
- Salesforce Certified Security Specialist (preferred).
- Recent and active Salesforce certification(s) recommended.
