**Job Title:** Sales Enablement Senior Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead readiness and enablement for the Compliance Solutions product portfolio, ensuring new releases, tools, GENAI initiatives, and partner integrations are fully rolled out and adopted. Coordinate cross‑functional launch plans, track performance metrics, and refine strategies based on seller and client feedback.
**Expectations:**
- Execute launch and readiness activities for new product features and tools.
- Drive adoption, measure KPIs, and continuously improve enablement programs.
- Influence and collaborate across product, operations, sales, marketing, partner, and service teams in a matrixed environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage readiness timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans for releases.
- Partner with Operations, Sales, learning, and marketing to create and deliver enablement content, sales plays, and campaigns.
- Oversee tool administration, including Salesforce, Oracle, and Seismic content, ensuring stakeholders are knowledgeable and equipped.
- Track adoption metrics, collect feedback, and adjust enablement strategies to enhance seller performance.
- Serve as the central coordination point for GENAI initiatives, partnering with the GAIN office, sales, and learning teams.
- Manage partner enablement (ERPS/SIs/CPAs), working with alliances and sales leadership to streamline processes and support new partnerships.
**Required Skills:**
- 8–10 years of experience in product enablement, process improvement, data mining, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and Oracle for data-driven insights and campaign creation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau is an asset.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills for translating complex capabilities to sellers.
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a matrixed, cross‑functional setting.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- College degree preferred but not mandatory.
- PMP certification preferred.
