Job Description
**Job Title** Sales Support Specialist **Role Summary** Provide high‑quality customer service to dealership partners by addressing title status, account inquiries, and early delinquency issues. Support sales and finance operations through data accuracy, process compliance, and effective cross‑team collaboration. **Expectations** - Handle 5–10 inbound calls daily from dealership partners. - Resolve title and payment inquiries within established turnaround times. - Maintain accurate records across multiple CRM/ERP systems. - Support early collections conversations for accounts a few days past due. **Key Responsibilities** - Answer and log inbound calls regarding title status, monthly inquiries, and soft delinquency questions. - Research and resolve title/payment issues using Oracle, Salesforce, Tableau, SAP, or other ERP/CRM platforms. - Identify missing data, reconcile discrepancies, and update account information in real time. - Monitor and respond to dealership inquiries through a dedicated branch email inbox. - Collaborate with auction partners on arbitration returns, credit line adjustments, or fee waivers. - Provide timely, clear updates to dealership partners and internal stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Proficient computer literacy; quick to learn new systems and tools. - Experience with CRM/ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Tableau). - Strong problem‑solving ability and multi‑system navigation. - Excellent attention to detail with independent data review and correction. - Effective verbal and written communication with external partners. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - No specific certifications mandated; knowledge of automotive finance or related fields is a plus.
